This smoothie is so yummy and a great way to stay hydrated!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole banana, peeled
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 drops wild orange, grapefruit, or lemon essential oil
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (for protein)
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
