Essential Oil Spotlight: Fennel


Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil is steam-distilled from the crushed seeds of this plant. Fennel can be easily identified by its sweet, somewhat spicy, and licorice-like aroma. This essential oil contains the following health properties: antiparasitic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, and expectorant.

Fennel was historically used by the ancient Egyptians and Romans when they awarded victorious warriors with garlands of fennel as a sign of praise. They believed that fennel would bestow these warriors with strength, courage, and longevity.

Common uses of fennel essential oil include blood clots, bruises, digestive system support, gastritis, kidney stones, lactation, pancreas support, parasites, skin revitalizing, tissue cleansing, and wrinkles. This essential oil primarily affects the digestive and hormonal systems.

Other possible uses of fennel essential oil include colic, stimulating the cardiovascular system, constipation, digestion (supports the liver), balancing hormones, nausea, obesity, PMS, and stimulating the sympathetic nervous system.

Topical Application: This oil can be applied neat (with no dilution), or dilute 1:1 (1 drop essential oil to at least 1 drop carrier oil) for children and for those with sensitive skin. Apply directly to the area of concern or to reflex points.
Aromatic Application: Fennel increases and influences longevity, courage, and purification. Diffuse, or inhale the aroma directly.
Internal Application: Fennel oil is recognized by the FDA as safe for human consumption and serves as a powerful flavoring agent.

Ways to Use Fennel Essential Oil:

1. Digestive Problems
Fennel essential oil has beneficial digestive properties. It can quickly alleviate bloating, gas/flatulence, and diarrhea. Combine 5 drops fennel essential oil with 1 tsp. (5 ml) carrier oil in a 5 ml roll-on bottle, and apply over your stomach as needed.
2. Cooking
Fennel has a strong licorice-like flavor and serves as a valuable ingredient in many spices and other recipes. It can be strong, so start small when adding it to your recipes; you can always add more later. Here are a few recipes using fennel essential oil!

3. Bath Oil
This essential oil is known for its ability to revitalize the skin, cleanse tissue, and smooth wrinkles. For this reason, fennel makes a beneficial addition to bath oils and soaps. For a silky-smooth feel after your bath, combine 8 drops jasmine, 8 drops fennel, and 2 Tbsp. (25 ml) jojoba oil in the palm of your hand, and hold under warm running bathwater. Swish the water around with your hand to disperse the oils.
4. Diffuser Blends
With its strong aromatic influence, fennel can serve as a nice addition to a diffuser blend. Its sweet yet spicy aroma can uplift you and fill you with courage. Here are a couple blends for you to try out.

5. Air Freshening Spray
Air fresheners should not only smell great, but also be emotionally uplifting. Combine 10 drops fennel, 8 drops lemon, and 6 drops juniper berry with 1 tsp. (5 ml) carrier oil in a 1 oz. spray bottle. Fill the remainder of the bottle with distilled water, and shake to combine. Spray the mixture around the room, and breathe in the emotional support.

Lavender Bubble Bath Salts

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine castile soap, epsom salt, and jojoba oil.
  2. Add lavender essential oil and food coloring (if desired), and stir well to combine.
  3. Spread the mixture across a cookie sheet, and allow it to dry for 24 hours. Stir the mixture occasionally to prevent it from sticking together.
  4. Place the vinyl label on the jar, and pour the mixture into the jar.
  5. Add 1/4–1/2 cup (50–125 g) of the mixture to a warm running bath, and relax.

Essential Oil Spotlight: Jasmine


Jasmine essential oil (Jasminum officinale) is extracted from the flowers through absolute extraction. This oil is commonly known for its powerful, sweet, tenacious, and floral aroma with fruity-herbaceous undertones. Jasmine is known in India as the “queen of the night” and “moonlight of the grove”; women have treasured jasmine for centuries for its beautiful, aphrodisiac-like fragrance.

Jasmine is commonly used for hoarse voice, pink eye, and sensitive skin. Other possible uses for this oil include conjunctivitis, coughs, dysentery, eczema (when caused by emotions), labor pains, menstrual pains and problems, muscle spasms, pain relief, sex, skin care, and uterine disorders. This essential oil has anticatarrhal, antidepressant, and antispasmodic health properties; it can affect emotional balance and the hormonal system.

Jasmine has incredible emotional properties because it can penetrate the deepest layers of the soul, opening doors to our emotions. It can encourage feelings of confidence, energy, euphoria, and optimism—all while reducing anxiety, apathy, depression, indifference, listlessness, and relationship dilemmas. When used as a cologne or perfume, jasmine increases feelings of attractiveness.

Combine the oils of your massage blend together, and lightly massage into your skin. If desired, you can place these massage blends in a 10 ml roll-on bottle for daily use.

Aphrodisiac Massage Oil
2 tsp. (10 ml) Jojoba Oil
4 drops ylang ylang
3 drops jasmine
2 drops tangerine
2 drops sandalwood
Soothing Skin Oil
3 drops jasmine
2 drops lavender
2 drops Roman chamomile
2 tsp. (10 ml) Fractionated
Coconut Oil

2. Bath
Baths are a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Try some of these bath blends to spice up your routine.

Romance Bath Oil
1/4 cup (50 ml) Castile Soap
4 drops ylang ylang essential oil
4 drops frankincense essential oil
4 drops jasmine essential oil
4 drops sandalwood essential oil
4 drops rose essential oil
Combine the oils with the castile soap in a small dish. Pour some of this solution under the running bathwater. Stir the water around with your hand to allow the mixture to spread evenly; enjoy!
Body Scrub
1/4 cup (50 ml) Jojoba Oil
1/4 cup (50 ml) Castile Soap
1/2 cup (100 g) sea salt
5 drops orange essential oil
4 drops sandalwood essential oil
3 drops jasmine essential oil
8 oz. plastic bottle
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into the plastic bottle. To use, squirt some into your hand, and massage over body to exfoliate and moisturize. Rinse off thoroughly.
Silky Smooth Bath Oil
8 drops jasmine essential oil
8 drops fennel essential oil
2 Tbsp. (25 ml) Fractionated Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil
Combine all oils in the palm of your hand, using your finger to stir them together. Add the oils to a warm running bath. Using your hand, stir the water around to combine thoroughly.

3. Perfume
Jasmine has strong aromatic influences to enhance the emotions and increase one’s feelings of attractiveness. Try some of these perfume blends, and see which fits you best. Place the essential oils in a 10 ml roll-on bottle, and fill the remainder with your favorite carrier oil (approximately 2 tsp./10 ml). Apply the perfume to your neck and wrists.

Soft & Squishy Soap Jellies

Kids love how soft and squishy these soap jellies are! They are perfect for making bathtime and learning about hygiene fun. You may even want to try them out on yourself! They make a great sensory experience for all!

Soap Jellies

  • Servings: 12+
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients & Supplies:

  • 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (about 2–3 small packets)
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) distilled water
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Castile Soap
  • 30 drops essential oil (lavender, melaleuca, lemon, orange, and peppermint are good options)
  • Body-safe soap coloring (optional) (a drop or two of blue tansy essential oil is a natural way to get a nice blue color)
  • 1 tsp. (6 g) salt
  • Silicone mold or small soap mold
  • Small Spray Bottle of alcohol (optional)
  • 16 oz. PET Jar

Instructions:

  1. Place mold on a cutting board or cookie sheet or another flat, movable surface.
  2. Place water in a pan, and sprinkle the gelatin on the water. Allow gelatin to bloom for 5 minutes; then bring the water to a boil to dissolve the gelatin.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the castile soap, coloring, and essential oils. Stir gently until combined.
  4. Stir in the salt last. (Don’t skip this step! It makes a big difference!)
  5. Pour the mixture into your molds.
  6. You can get rid of air bubbles by spritzing the soap with a little alcohol from a small spray bottle.
  7. Place in the refrigerator until completely hardened.
  8. Store in a PET Jar in a cool, dry location (such as the refrigerator) for up to 1 week.

Essential Oil Spotlight: Blue Tansy

Blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) essential oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and flowers of the plant. It has a camphoraceous, sweet, and herbaceous scent.

Some properties of this oil include analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine, hypotensive, hormone-like, and nervine.

Anciently, tansy was used to help heal wounds, as a diuretic, and for dealing with kidney issues.

Today, blue tansy essential oil is commonly used for anxiety, calming, and wounds. Blue tansy may also help raise blood pressure, relieve itching, reduce pain, and sedate the nerves.

Blue tansy essential oil affects the nervous system.

Applications of Blue Tansy Essential Oil and Safety Data

Topical Application: Blue tansy essential oil can be used neat (with no dilution), but it is best diluted, especially when used on children or those with sensitive skin. Apply to reflex points and/or directly on area of concern. Note: The deep blue color of blue tansy can temporarily color your skin if used undiluted.
Aromatic Application: Diffuse, or inhale the aroma of blue tansy essential oil directly. The aroma of blue tansy is uplifting, refreshing, and calming to a troubled mind. It may also help instill confidence and enthusiasm.
Internal Application: Blue tansy essential oil should not be taken orally.

5 Ways to Use Blue Tansy Essential Oil

2. Natural Coloring/Fragrance
Blue tansy essential oil has a deep blue color due to the chemical chamazulene, a result from the distillation process. Because blue tansy essential oil contains chamazulene, it is a natural way to provide a blue color to your DIY products. Experimental research is indicating that this same chemical, chamazulene, could prove beneficial to the skin as well.

Try using blue tansy in place of soap dye in this DIY Kid’s Soap recipe. Consider using a few drops of blue tansy essential oil in a combination with lavender and/or Roman chamomile essential oil.

Try adding a few drops of blue tansy to this Sore Muscle Salve or this Coconut Oil Soothing Balm to not only give it a soothing color, but also increase the anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of the final product.

3. Oil Cleansing Roll-On for Acne or Inflamed Skin
Oil cleansing, though not intuitive, can be beneficial for oily or acne-prone skin. Conventional skin cleansers tend to strip away the skin’s natural oil and sebum, which leads the skin to produce more. This creates a vicious cycle of more sebum production, which can lead to more acne. The oil cleansing method does the opposite—it adds oil, which tells the skin to slow sebum production and leads to less oily skin and acne. The essential oils listed in this blend are anti-inflammatory oils, so this roll-on blend works great on acne or other inflamed skin.

Acne Oil Cleanser Roll-On:
1 drop blue tansy
2 drops lavender
3 drops melaleuca
2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, or Grape Seed Oil
Add oils to a 1 oz. roll-on bottle. Fill the bottle the rest of the way with a carrier oil.
To use, roll on the face, then use the fingers to massage into the skin. Use a warm, wet washcloth to remove the excess oil, and pat dry.

4. Soothing Massage
Blue tansy essential oil is commonly used to calm the mind and body. What better way to relax and calm down than with a massage? Here are a couple massage blends to get you started:

Calm & Relaxing:
5 drops tangerine
5 drops orange
3 drops ylang ylang or bergamot

1 drop blue tansy
2 Tbsp. (30 ml) carrier oil*
Muscle Aches Be Gone:
5 drops wintergreen

Essential Oil Spotlight: Copaiba

Copaiba (Copaifera officinalis, C. reticulata, C. coriacea, C. langdorffii) essential oil is steam-distilled from oleoresin, a substance made up of resin and essential oils. It has a soft, sweet, balsamic odor.

Some properties of this oil include analgesic, powerful anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic, antioxidant, and stimulant for the circulatory and pulmonary systems.

The oleoresin has traditionally been used for inflammation (internal and external), skin disorders, respiratory problems (including bronchitis and sinusitis), and urinary tract problems (including cystitis and bladder/kidney infections). It has also been used for bleeding, gonorrhea, hemorrhages, herpes, incontinence, insect bites, pain, pleurisy, sore throats, stomach ulcers, syphilis, tetanus, tonsillitis, tuberculosis, and tumors.

Today, copaiba essential oil is commonly used for acne, antioxidant, anxiety, inflammation, muscle aches, and pain. Copaiba may also help with colds, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, edema, flatulence, flu, hemorrhoids, nervous exhaustion, piles, poor circulation, stiffness, and wounds.

The body systems affected by copaiba essential oil include the cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous systems, muscles and bones, emotional balance, and skin.

Applications of Copaiba Essential Oil and Safety Data

Ingredients & Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. In a double boiler (or a heat-proof glass measuring cup placed in a saucepan of water), melt the beeswax pellets over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, reduce the heat to low, and add coconut oil. Stir until melted again.
  3. Add jojoba oil or almond oil and vitamin E oil. Remove from heat, and stir until all combined.
  4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in essential oils.
  6. If you’d like a whipped consistency, blend with a hand mixer or blender when completely cool.
  7. Pour into lotion bottles or salve jars.
  8. To use, rub facial cream on face after removing makeup.

4. Muscle Pains Bath
Soaking in a warm bath is a great way to help sore muscles relax; adding epsom salt provides magnesium that helps relax muscles and reduce lactic acid, and the essential oils help the muscles rebuild as well as reduce pain. Next time your muscles hurt, try adding this blend to your bathwater:

Soothing Muscle Pains:
4 drops peppermint
3 drops marjoram
3 drops copaiba
1 drop black pepper
1/2 cup (120 g) Epsom Salt
Mix together, and add to bathwater as the tub is filling up. Soak for at least 15–20 minutes.

3. Roll-on Blends
Copaiba essential oil has the ability to enhance the effects of other essential oils. It is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, so it is great to use for skin care (especially troubled skin or acne) or wound care. It also helps reduce stress and anxiety, which is beneficial in getting a good night’s rest. Copiaba’s ability to help reduce pain and inflammation make it ideal for use on headaches or muscle pain. Try making one of the roll-ons below and take advantage of the benefits of copaiba essential oil while on the go.

Skin Serum:
7 drops copaiba (4 drops for daily use)
5 drops lavender (3 drops for daily use)
5 drops frankincense (3 drops for daily use)
2 tsp. (10 ml) Jojoba Oil or Fractionated Coconut Oil (This recipe has an 8.5% dilution ratio. Follow the instructions for daily use if you plan on using it every day.)
Sweet Dreams Roll-on:
4 drops lavender (1–2 drops for children)
4 drops cedarwood (1–2 drops for children)
4 drops copaiba (1–2 drops for children
2 tsp. (10 ml) carrier oil* (This recipe has a 6% dilution ratio. Adjust the recipe to 1 drop for children under 12 months and 2 drops for children 1–5 years old.)
Headache or Muscle Relief Roll-on:
15 drops peppermint (5 drops for daily use)
15 drops lavender (5 drops for daily use)
5 drops marjoram (3 drops for daily use)

2 tsp. (10 ml) carrier oil* (This recipe has a 19% dilution. It’s formulated for short-term use. If you need to use it daily, follow the instructions for daily use.)

Neroli (Citrus aurantium) essential oil is extracted from flowers of the bitter orange tree. Its scent is somewhat floral with citrus undertones. It smells sweet, delicate, and slightly bitter at the same time.

The orange flower was named after the princess Anne-Marie, countess of Neroli, who used it to perfume her bath water. It is now considered one of the finest perfumery ingredients and is particularly important in eau-de-cologne toilet water. The flowers were once popularly used in bridal bouquets to symbolize innocence and fertility.

Some properties of this oil include antibacterial, antidepressant, anti-infectious, antiparasitic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, deodorant, sedative, and tonic.

Historically, neroli has been regarded by the Egyptian people for its great attributes of healing the mind, body, and spirit. It brings everything into the focus of one and at the moment.

Today, neroli essential oil is commonly used for anxiety, emotional balance, relaxing, sensitive skin, and stress. It may also support the digestive system and may help inhibit bacterial infections, parasites, and viruses. Add oils to a 10 ml roll-on bottle. Fill the bottle the rest of the way with a carrier oil.

Note: These recipes are formulated for 5–6% dilution in a 10 ml roll-on bottle (perfect for daily use if needed). For a stronger dilution, simply cut the amount of carrier oil in half, or use a 5 ml roll-on bottle.

*Common carrier oils for use in a roll-on bottle include Fractionated Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, and Jojoba Oil.

4. Add to a Relaxing Bath
Neroli calms and slows the mind and is useful for insomnia, hysteria, and all states of anxiety and depression. Combine one of the following oil blends with 1/4–1/2 cup (60–120 g) epsom salt, and evenly disperse throughout the tub. Alternatively, you can add these essential oil combinations to these bath bombs. These blends can also be used in a diffuser, roll-on, or linen spray.

Calming Peace:
5 drops neroli
3 drops Roman chamomile
2 drops petitgrain
Insomnia & Sleep:
4 drops neroli
2 drops juniper berry

5. Create a Peaceful Atmosphere for Romance or Meditation
The reputed aphrodisiac quality of neroli stems from its ability to calm any nervous apprehension that may be felt before a sexual encounter. Neroli can be a means of overcoming sexual difficulties that rise from anxiety or tension. The traditional use of orange blossom in bridal wreaths arose from this property of neroli, though it has long been forgotten.
Try diffusing this blend or use it in a linen spray:

Neroli also helps in creating a peaceful atmosphere when it is used in meditation. Diffuse neroli essential oil (or the Peaceful Romance blend above), and rub a drop of the oil over the heart to achieve a calm heart and relaxed mind.

Neroli stimulates the regeneration of new cells and the elimination of old ones, improving skin’s elasticity. 12 Epsom Salt Bath Blends

Though the name is misleading, epsom salt isn’t really a salt, but rather a naturally occurring, pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. Magnesium is used in the body to help regulate the activity of over 325 enzymes, reduce inflammation, help muscle and nerve function, and help prevent artery hardening. Sulfates help improve the absorption of nutrients, flush toxins, and ease migraine headaches.

Studies have shown that magnesium and sulfate are both readily absorbed through the skin, making epsom salt baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy the associated health benefits. Experts suggest that taking regular epsom salt baths can help you look better, feel better, and gain more energy. And, of course, when essential oils are added to the mix, the health benefits increase and can be customized to your specific needs.

Tip: If you have a bottle of essential oil that is pretty much empty, remove the orifice reducer and cap, and place the bottle in a cup of epsom salt. Allow it to sit for a couple days, and the epsom salt will absorb all the essential oil remaining in the bottle and scent your bath salts!

Luxurious Bath Bombs

Baths can be relaxing or energizing depending on the time of day, the temperature of the water, and the essential oils you use. These bath bombs will take an average bath to the next level and make it luxurious! You can choose what essential oils to add depending on your bathing preferences. Lavender, ylang ylang, and Roman chamomile are great options for a relaxing bath. Citrus oils, peppermint, eucalyptus, and rosemary can help make a bath rejuvenating. You can even try mixing up the relaxing oils and rejuvenating oils if desired.

Luxurious Bath Bombs

Ingredients & SUPPLIES:

Instructions:

  • Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix well with a whisk. The mixture will bubble just a bit and begin to clump together. After mixing a little with the whisk, put the whisk aside and work the mixture with your fingers. Mix and blend until it is well combined and has the texture of mildly wet sand. It should clump together when you squeeze it with your fingers. If it is too dry, moisten it with the water in the spray bottle, one spritz at a time. You do not want the mixture too wet or it will not set up properly.
  • Press the mixture firmly into bath bomb molds. Let sit for 1–2 hours.
  • After the bath bombs are dry enough that they stick together, remove from the molds and let sit on a fluffy towel overnight before using. If you live in a humid area, you may need to dry the bath bombs for 2 nights before they’ll be set enough to gift or use.
  • Store dry bath bombs in an airtight container or bag.
  • If you have any leftover mixture, but not enough to make a full bath bomb, you can simply shape it into a ball with your hands and let it dry. It won’t look nearly as great as when using the the bath bomb molds, but it is still usable in a bath.
  • NOTE: If you packed the plastic bath bomb molds really tight or leave the mixture in them too long to dry, it can be a little difficult to get the bath bombs out. However, it is possible if you use pliers to pull the sides apart. You can even use pens or something long and straight to stick in the holes on the tabs and use them as leverage to pull the mold apart. If the bombs are fully dry and you can only get one side off, you can place your fingers under the lip and press your thumbs in the center to pop the bath bomb out or gently push down the exposed bath bomb with the side of the thumb.

Extra Ideas:

  • Try using food coloring (added to the wet ingredients) and dry herbs (added to the molds before pressing in the bath bomb mixture) to decorate the bath bombs.
  • If you want to make different scented bath bombs, you can try making the bath bombs unscented, then add about 5 drops of essential oil to the middle of the bath bomb before pressing the mold together.
  • Try different essential oils for different purposes. For example, try making some relaxing bath bombs with soothing essential oils (e.g., lavender, ylang ylang, or Roman chamomile) or energizing bath bombs with invigorating essential oils (e.g., citrus oils, peppermint, eucalyptus, or rosemary).

Essential Oil Make & Take Class Idea

These bath bombs make a great activity for a make-and-take essential oil class. Give everyone a Plastic Bath Bomb Mold, and double the recipe to make 10 bath bombs. Let your attendees press the mixture into their molds and add their desired essential oil to the bath bomb before pressing both sides together.

Essential Oil Spotlight: Orange

Orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis) is cold expressed from the rinds of the fruit. It is very easy to extract—if you have ever peeled an orange, you have likely ended up with essential oil on your hands. The oil is deep golden yellow with a characteristic orange peel aroma.

Orange essential oil is used primarily for anxiety, digestion (sluggish), fear, heart palpitations, insomnia, menopause, nervousness, uplifting, and withdrawals.

Oranges have historically been used for palpitations, scurvy, jaundice, bleeding, heartburn, relaxed throat, prolapse of the uterus and the anus, diarrhea, and blood in the feces. This essential oil may also help appetite, rickety bones, bronchitis, colds, colic (dilute for infants; helps them sleep), dermatitis, digestive system, fever, flu, lower high cholesterol, mouth ulcers, muscle soreness, obesity, sedation, tissue repair, water retention, and wrinkles.

Some of the properties of orange essential oil include anticancer, antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, sedative, and tonic.

Applications of Orange Essential Oil and Safety Data

Topical Application: Orange essential oil can be applied neat (with no dilution) when used topically. Apply directly on area of concern or to reflex points. Avoid direct sunlight for up to 12 hours after using on skin.
Aromatic Application: Orange essential oil can be diffused or inhaled directly. Orange oil is calming and uplifting to the mind and body when inhaled.
Internal Application: Orange essential oil can be taken internally and is often used as a flavoring in cooking. Put 1–2 drops of orange oil under the tongue or in a beverage. It can also be taken in capsules.

5 Ways to Use Orange Essential Oil

Orange essential oil is effective to help influence emotions. It is often used for balancing emotions, confidence, happiness/joy, loss, counteracting negative emotions, feeling overburdened/overwhelmed, pity (especially self-pity), and uplifting the mind. Try adding one of the following blends to 1 1/2 Tbsp. massage oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil. You can also use these blends in a diffuser or a bath (combine with 1/4 cup epsom salt to evenly disperse throughout the tub).

Orange essential oil is known for helping heart issues, stimulating sluggish digestion, relieving insomnia, and turning frowns into smiles. If you need help with any of these conditions, try making a blend and rolling it on the area of concern or on the bottoms of your feet. Just add the recommended number of drops to a 10 ml roll-on bottle, and then fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil. These recipes are formulated at a 5% dilution ratio.

4.  Put in a Natural Mouthwash
Try putting orange essential oil in a coconut oil mouthwash. Just add 1 drop each orange and lemon essential oil to 1 tsp. coconut oil. Swish the solution around in your mouth, and then swallow or spit into the garbage. (Don’t spit into the sink because coconut oil can solidify in the pipes.)

5. Use in Cooking Recipes
