15 medium pitted dates
2 Tbsp. (24 g) coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp. (8 g) cocoa powder
1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla
1/2 cup (120 g) cream cheese
1/2 cup (140 g) plain greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. (15 ml) sugar or honey

Add in the dates, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and vanilla, and blend again in the processor until well combined.
Press the mixture into a circular tin or tart dish, and refrigerate for an hour.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese and greek yogurt until well combined.
Add the honey or sugar, vanilla, and essential oil, and combine thoroughly.
Once the crust has set, move to a plate, and spread on the filling.
Decorate the pizza with the fruit, making your own design!
You can use any fruit you would like, not just the ones listed. Other fruits you can add include grapes, kiwi, apples, raspberries, etc. Find the fruits you like and be creative!

Frozen Yogurt Bites
Ingredients & Supplies:
2 cups (570 g) plain greek yogurt
2 1/2 Tbsp. (40 ml) honey
1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla
2–3 drops essential oil
1 1/4 cups (190 g) fruit
Combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
Add essential oil until you reach your desired flavor.
Cut the fruit if necessary, and stir into the yogurt.
Place the cupcake liners into a cupcake pan, and drop the yogurt into the liners.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
Once the yogurt treats are frozen, pull out of the freezer and let them thaw for a couple minutes so that they come out of the cupcake pan easily.
Store the yogurt bites in the freezer, and enjoy whenever you get that desire to snack!
You can create your own flavors; some of the flavors that we liked were raspberry-lime, blueberry-lemon, and strawberry-lemon.
This recipe was submitted by Ali Corle as part of our
Facebook contest. She says, “I make this amazing salsa, it’s out-of-this-world good!” And we agree! This recipe makes a lot of salsa, so it is great for a party or large gathering.
6–12 fresh cilantro leaves
1–2 drops cilantro essential oil
3–5 drops lime essential oil
Onion (fresh or powder) to taste
Sea salt (optional) to taste
Chop all fruit, fresh cilantro, and onion (if using fresh), and combine in a large bowl. (The size of your fruit pieces determines how chunky your salsa is.)
Stir in 3–5 drops lime essential oil and 1–2 drops cilantro essential oil. Start with 1 drop of each oil, stir, and add to taste. Add salt to taste, if desired.
Allow to sit for at least 4 hours before serving.
