Aromatic Peppermint Facial Mask
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp jojoba oil
- 2–3 drops peppermint essential oil
Beat egg with a whisk or a fork, and then mix in jojoba oil and essential oil. Use fingers to apply mixture to face, avoiding the eye area. Leave mask on for 10–15 minutes; then rinse face with cool water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Relaxing Lavender Foot or Hand Bath
- Warm water
- 1 tsp powdered milk
- 3–5 drops lavender essential oil
- Large basin for soaking feet or hands
Fill a basin big enough for hands or feet with warm water. In a small glass dish, mix powdered milk and essential oil. Add powdered milk mixture to water basin, and stir in. Soak feet or hands in basin for 10–15 minutes, or as long as desired.
