This smoothie is so yummy and a great way to stay hydrated!
- 1 whole banana, peeled
- 3 large strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 drops wild orange, grapefruit, or lemon essential oil
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (for protein)
- 3 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
